Doreen Maisch (flute) was born in Karlsruhe and studied at “Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst” in Frankfurt/Main Instrumentalpädagogik with Prof. Henner Eppel and Paul Dahme. Then was followed a postgraduate course orchestral music in Mainz with Dirk Peppel. She attended master classes of Moshe Epstein, Clare Southworth and Robert Winn. Since 2000 she is a teacher at the music school Waldbronn and since 2001 at the Baden Conservatory Karlsruhe. She is member of the SAP-Sinfonieorchester and of the ensemble “flute in the square.”
In our charity concert we hear Doreen Maisch playing the Concerto for Flute and Harp in C major by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
